BDI Events has two decades of experience setting up hotel room blocks for meetings, conferences and social events throughout North America and around the world. Our event planning team uses our relationships, industry accreditations, and knowledge and expertise within the hospitality industry to negotiate favorable venue contracts on behalf of groups of all sizes and budgets. This service saves you and your team a massive amount of time, money and staff resources.

The BDI event planners will research venues and hotels that match your specific location and space needs. We also assess locations based on the look and feel you want your guests to experience. We directly coordinate with properties on your behalf to request proposals and venue details. Then, we provide you a detailed summary for review.

When you pick your final event venues, we work to secure the best possible room rates and contract terms. We also maximize opportunities for discounts and concessions, including discounts on hotel room costs, A/V rentals, internet access fees, food and beverage minimums and much more. Finally, we help facilitate final venue contract negotiations and signing with your selected site.

As per the industry standard, BDI Events receives compensation via placement fees paid by the event venue, which allows our service to be at little, or often no cost, to you.
