We are thrilled to share that BDI Events has been named a finalist for Excellence in Incentive Travel: Europe at the 2027 SITE Crystal Awards, one of the most prestigious honors in the incentive travel industry.
Presented annually by the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), the Crystal Awards celebrate the events, partnerships and innovations raising the bar for incentive travel around the world. This year’s finalists span nine categories, from destination marketing and experiential program design to corporate social responsibility and regional excellence.
Being recognized alongside some of the world's best incentive travel agencies is a testament to the dedication, creativity and passion our team brings to every event we produce.

For more than 20 years, our team has designed incentive travel programs, executive retreats, corporate meetings and conferences, and non-profit events that truly impact lives. Recognition from SITE is especially meaningful because it comes from the people who know this work best.

ABOUT OUR NOMINATION: A PRESIDENT'S CLUB INCENTIVE TRIP AT SEA
Our nomination is for a recent President’s Club incentive trip we produced for a technology client. The trip was marked by three private luxury yachts that took top sales performers along Croatia’s spectacular Dalmatian Coast . The journey included island-hopping between Korčula, Hvar and Vis; dockside seafood dinners in remote villages; and plenty of time to simply be together on the crystal-blue water.
To guests, it felt effortless. Behind the scenes, our incentive travel planners were keeping three yachts, three crews and three chefs perfectly in sync, so every guest enjoyed the same experience no matter which vessel they were on board.
The goal was to reward achievement, strengthen relationships and immerse guests in one of Europe’s most stunning destinations. We wanted to deliver an experience that was outside the box – one that was equally exceptional and unique.
As one attendee put it: “It was incredible to be given an experience that many — if not all — of us would never otherwise have.”
