As the year draws to a close, we’re reflecting on a truly remarkable 20th Anniversary Year for BDI Events. We have had a lot to celebrate in 2024, including wonderful client partnerships as well as new opportunities and growth. Most importantly, we loved celebrating the people and moments that make our work so meaningful.

This year, our team achieved some extraordinary feats:
22 Events Hosted
From intimate gatherings of 60 guests to large-scale events with 1,600 attendees, we created diverse, tailored experiences for every client.
60 Global Markets Represented
Our events brought together participants from 40 U.S. states and 20 countries, proving that meaningful connections transcend borders.
400 Speakers Coordinated
We handled logistics for close to 400 speakers, ensuring seamless presentations that resonated with audiences.
$7+ Million Raised
Fundraising and sponsorship components at our events raised more than $7 million, helping our clients achieve their missions.
150 Flights
Our team collectively took 150+ flights this year for events, client meetings and site visits, proving that great events often require going the extra mile—literally.

This year, we didn’t just celebrate our own anniversary — we also honored the milestones of two of our longtime clients:

Adding to the year’s excitement, here are some other highlights from 2024:
In one short month, we organized receptions in opposite corners of North America — a beach in sunny Clearwater, FL, and a snowy mountaintop in Vancouver, Canada.
We took time to celebrate as a team with company trips to Cabo San Lucas and Disneyland, creating memories that bonded us as colleagues and friends.
